O & M Imports is 100% committed to your satisfaction of the high-quality handcrafted wines that we import. All of our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving our facility. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) be broken during shipping, please contact us here within 48 hours of receipt of your package(s) so we can file a claim with the shipping company. Please do not remove any of the damaged contents. If possible leave the package(s) as you found it on arrival and we will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases. Temperature extremes can pose a threat to the overall quality of the wine. To this end, we do our best to monitor the weather and will delay shipping in known extremes of temperature whenever possible. Refused Shipments

Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as "unable to deliver" will be credited the cost of the product minus any and all shipping charges.
